Meet the therapist
A steady presence through life's hardest seasons.
I'm so glad you're here. Getting to know your therapist before you begin is an important part of feeling safe — so let me introduce myself.
Stephanie
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
she/her
I'm a licensed professional counselor (LPC) specializing in anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and life transitions. I believe that therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership — one built on trust, curiosity, and a shared commitment to your growth.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based techniques — always tailoring our work to what fits you best.
I work primarily with adults who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and the kind of life transitions that can leave you feeling unmoored — career changes, relationship shifts, grief, identity questions, and the quiet weight of 'I thought I'd have it figured out by now.'
Outside the therapy room, I find restoration in nature, slow mornings, and the belief that growth doesn't have to be dramatic to be real. I bring that same unhurried, grounded energy into our sessions. I enjoy spending time with my two pittie pups, trying new cuisines, and engaging in movement that feels good for me.
"To be the best version of you, you have to put yourself first."

What guides my work
My philosophy
Genuine partnership
Therapy isn't something done to you — it's something we build together. Your voice, your pace, your goals.
Evidence-based care
I use approaches that research shows work — and I adapt them to fit who you actually are, not a textbook version of you.
Whole-person focus
You are more than your diagnosis or your struggles. We'll look at the full picture of your life, your strengths, and your story.
A safe space to feel comfortable in the discomfort.
