How I can help
Therapy tailored to you.
Every person who walks through the door — or logs on — brings a unique story. My work is to help you understand yours, and to offer tools that actually fit your life.
What to expect
Sessions are 50 minutes and held weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and goals. I offer telehealth appointments, so you can connect from wherever you are most comfortable.
We'll begin with a thorough intake to understand your history, what's bringing you in, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. From there, we'll build a plan together — one that evolves as you do.

Anxiety
Find calm in the chaos.
Anxiety is one of the most common reasons people seek therapy — and one of the most treatable. Whether you experience generalized worry, social anxiety, panic attacks, or a persistent sense of dread, therapy can help you understand what's driving it and build real, lasting relief.
What we work on
- Identifying the thought patterns that fuel your anxiety
- Building practical tools for managing anxious moments
- Reducing avoidance and reclaiming your life
- Understanding the body-mind connection in anxiety
My approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — both of which have strong research support for anxiety. We'll work at a pace that feels manageable, not overwhelming.
Is this a good fit?
You might be a good fit if you find yourself constantly worrying, avoiding situations that trigger anxiety, struggling with panic, or feeling like anxiety is running your life.
ADHD
Work with your mind, not against it.
ADHD in adults often looks different than the childhood version — it can show up as chronic disorganization, difficulty finishing projects, emotional dysregulation, or a nagging sense that you're always behind. Therapy offers a space to understand how your brain works and build strategies that actually stick.
What we work on
- Understanding your unique ADHD profile and patterns
- Building systems for organization, time, and follow-through
- Managing emotional dysregulation and rejection sensitivity
- Addressing shame and the impact of years of struggling
My approach
My approach to ADHD is strengths-based and practical. We'll use psychoeducation, CBT strategies, and mindfulness tools — always adapting to what works for your brain, not a generic template.
Is this a good fit?
You might be a good fit if you've always struggled with focus or follow-through, were recently diagnosed as an adult, or feel like you're constantly underperforming despite trying hard.
OCD
Break free from the cycle.
OCD is far more than what's often portrayed in popular culture. It's a cycle of intrusive thoughts and compulsions that can consume enormous amounts of time and energy — and leave you feeling trapped. The good news: OCD is highly treatable with the right approach.
What we work on
- Understanding the OCD cycle and how it maintains itself
- Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) at a pace you can manage
- Reducing the power of intrusive thoughts
- Reclaiming time, energy, and flexibility in your daily life
My approach
I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD, alongside Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). We'll move at a pace that feels challenging but not overwhelming.
Is this a good fit?
You might be a good fit if you experience intrusive thoughts that feel distressing, engage in rituals or compulsions to reduce anxiety, or find that OCD is taking up significant time in your day.
Life Transitions
Change is hard. You don't have to face it alone.
Life transitions — whether chosen or unexpected — can shake us to our core. Career changes, relationship shifts, loss, moves, identity questions, becoming a parent, leaving a relationship, or simply the quiet weight of 'I thought I'd have it figured out by now.' Therapy offers a steady place to process, reflect, and find your footing.
What we work on
- Processing grief, loss, and the emotions that come with change
- Clarifying your values and what you want your life to look like
- Building resilience and a stronger sense of self
- Navigating identity shifts and major life decisions
My approach
I draw from ACT, narrative therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to help you make meaning of your experience and move forward with clarity and intention.
Is this a good fit?
You might be a good fit if you're in the middle of a major life change, feeling lost or unmoored, grieving something — a relationship, a version of yourself, a future you imagined — or simply trying to figure out what comes next.
Getting started
How it works
01
Free consultation
We start with a free 15-minute call to see if we're a good fit. No pressure, no commitment — just a conversation.
02
Intake session
Your first full session is a thorough intake. We'll explore your history, your goals, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy.
03
Ongoing sessions
We meet weekly or bi-weekly, building on each session. You'll have tools to use between sessions, not just during them.
04
Grow at your pace
Therapy isn't linear. We'll adjust our approach as you grow, and celebrate the progress — even the quiet kind.
